TicketCrest operates at ticketcrest.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our event ticketing platform.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and payment information when you register for events or create an account. We also collect information automatically when you use our platform, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. For event organizers, we collect business information including payout bank details.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to process ticket purchases and event registrations, send ticket confirmations and event updates, process payouts to event organizers, provide customer support, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. TicketCrest does not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. Event organizers connect their own Stripe accounts — funds go directly to their accounts, not through TicketCrest.

4. Email communications

We send transactional emails (ticket confirmations, registration updates, password resets) that are necessary to provide our service. By creating an account you consent to receive these emails. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.

5. Data sharing

We share your name and email with the event organizer when you register for their event. We use Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not share your data with advertisers.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and ticket records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing tickets@ticketcrest.com.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting tickets@ticketcrest.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We plan to add analytics in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
